MinO International Contract Energy Management Model

The MinO International Energy Management Contract Model primarily includes types such as Energy Efficiency Benefit Sharing, Guaranteed Energy Savings, Energy Expense Trustee, and Hybrid. Among these, the Energy Efficiency Benefit Sharing type is the recommended cooperative model, allowing clients to participate in energy-saving and consumption reduction without any concerns through the use of our technology. The "Energy Efficiency Benefit Sharing" model refers to the fact that MinO International bears the initial investment for the energy-saving project, with the energy-consuming clients not required to invest any funds. Upon completion of the project, within a certain contractual period, the energy-consuming clients share the energy efficiency benefits generated by the project with MinO International in proportion.。

Minot International's Contract Energy Management Model Features

Customer zero investment: Minot International is responsible for all aspects, including design, audit, financing, procurement, and construction monitoring, with no investment required from the customer.

Short payback period: The project requires a significant investment amount, with a short payback period. Based on the implemented projects, the average payback period is 1-3 years.

Energy-efficient expertise: Minot International offers comprehensive services including energy diagnostics, improvement plan evaluations, engineering design, construction, supervision, and financial planning, responsible for integrated energy management.

Energy Contract Management Process

Based on the above circumstances and the normal operation of the energy-consuming units, determine the energy-saving benefit sharing method, measurement and verification plan, and then sign the Energy Management Contract.
