Gate Hoist Beam refers to a beam-type lifting device used for separately lifting multiple or segmented gate leaves and capable of automatic hooking and unhooking, also known as an automatic grab beam.
Purpose Editing
It can alleviate the heavy manual operations, replacing the hoist to lift the gate leaf out of the dam surface or place it into the gate groove.
Category Editor
Common gourd-shaped beams include:
Hydraulic lifting beam, operated by hydraulic action to move the lifting shaft, accomplishing the disengagement action between the beam and the door leaf lifting lug; suitable for both single and double lifting point gates.
② Heavy Hammer Swivel Beam (mechanical type), utilizing the force of a heavy hammer to rotate the hoist hook for lifting and lowering operations. Structure is simple, requires manual movement of the hammer, and can be used with both single and double-point hoist gates, suitable for double-point hoist gates.
③ Locking-type hanging and detaching beam, rotated by a locking mechanism and eccentric lever to complete the hoisting hook's opening and closing action. The structure is simple, but the locking pin needs to be manually adjusted. Suitable for double-hoist gate doors.
④ Automatic hoisting and unhoisting beam, utilizing the continuous movement of paired rotatable diamond-shaped bodies and the hanging bodies on the door to achieve hoisting and unhooking. The structure is simple, reliable in operation, and suitable for gates with either single or double suspension points.
