The gate body is robust and durable. The reinforced rib design of the valve body enhances its strength. The direct current passage design ensures no residue or obstruction, broadening the scope of application.

Product Composition
The hydraulic flow control valve consists of a throttle gate, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic opening and closing system. It features a simple structure, easy maintenance, light weight, and can be used in any direction, with the added benefit of remote operation. The hydraulic operation is achieved by providing pressure to the cylinder from an external pump station, where the cylinder is connected to the gate to facilitate its opening and closing.
Flow Control Gate
Hydraulic Flow Control Gate, also known as hydraulic regulating gate or fluid-driven control gate, is primarily made of SUS304 stainless steel material with soft rubber sealing. It features lightweight, flexible operation, corrosion resistance, non-rusting, easy installation and maintenance, and reliable sealing. It is widely used in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, drainage and flood control, environmental protection, reservoirs, rivers, and other projects for purposes of cutoff, flow regulation, and water level control.
Stainless steel gates offer the following advantages:
Lightweight: Approximately 1/3 the weight of a standard gate.
2. Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most corrosive chemicals, as well as wastewater and seawater. 3. Good sealing: Utilizes rubber soft sealing for excellent sealing performance.
4. Torque is low: Due to the light weight of the gate plate and the low frictional resistance between the gate plate and the guide plate, the operating torque is low.
5. Long lifespan: Anti-locking structure installed between the gate and guide rail minimizes wear on the sealing surface.
