1. Integrated Gate Valve Application: This is an active structure used for closing and opening waterway openings in hydraulic engineering. The gate's function is to fully or partially close and open waterway openings as needed, to regulate the water levels upstream and downstream, and to control the leakage and discharge flow. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation, aquaculture, economic development zones, wastewater treatment plants, hydropower stations, reservoirs, rivers (including sluices, embankments, canals, culverts, pipelines), and is a specialized equipment for flood control, drought resistance, water storage, power generation, navigation, log passing, and the removal of silt, ice blocks, and other floating debris. It can be used in mountainous, plains, and areas without power generation. The integrated gate valve series has two structures: one with the gate leaf and frame made of gray cast iron (HT200) melted and cast, and precision machined.

Integrated Hoist Gate Features: The gate boasts aesthetic appearance, simple structure, easy installation, safe operation, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, low friction, excellent water-stop performance, and minimal leakage rate (forward 0.72L/M.Min, reverse 1.25L/M.min). It can withstand high water pressure, has a long service life, and low maintenance costs. Both the gate leaf and frame are made of steel sections. The steel structural gate is based on high-quality steel plates, with rubber water-stop and anti-corrosion treatment, surface blast cleaning and hot galvanizing. Products can be produced according to customer-provided drawings.
