Stainless steel butterfly valves are one of our many material options, primarily used at the end of drainage pipes as check valves to prevent backflow of external water. The valve consists of four main parts: the valve seat, valve plate, gasket, and hinge, and can be manufactured in either round or square shapes.

The casting can be made into various types such as float box gates, flat plate gates, sleeve gates, etc. It is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of drainage pipes along rivers and canals. When the river or canal tide level is higher than the outlet pipe opening and the pressure is greater than the pressure inside the pipe, the gate panel automatically closes to prevent the river or canal tide from backflowing into the drainage pipeline.
