A flap gate is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of drainage pipes along rivers and canals. When the river or canal tide level is higher than the pipe opening and the pressure exceeds the internal pipe pressure, the flap gate panel automatically closes to prevent backflow of river or canal water into the drainage pipeline. It can be customized to connect with flanged pipes, wall-mounted connections, or pump station pipelines according to customer requirements.
Steel-side swinging doors are crucial equipment for the safe operation of pump stations. Their role in the pump station is to prevent water from flowing back during shutdowns, and they are primarily used for flood control and drainage, agricultural irrigation, urban water supply and drainage, interbasin water transfer, as well as water supply and distribution for various large-scale industrial enterprises.
