Instrument Introduction
The complete system consists of a furnace, a high-precision integrated weighing system, and software, specifically designed for laboratory gravimetric analysis of combustion loss. The determination of combustion loss is not only significant for residue and household waste analysis but also applicable to various technological processes for result assessment. The difference between the total feed weight and the combustion residue constitutes the combustion loss. During the processing, temperature and weight loss data are recorded by the software supplied.
Features
Temperatures of 1100 °C and 1200 °C, oven chamber volume of 9L
Double-sided heating through ceramic heating plate
Ceramic heating plates feature embedded heating wires, protecting against contamination from volatiles and splashes, and are easy to replace.
Durable and robust vacuum-sterilized fiber module
The furnace door can be optionally selected with an external opening door (L) (suitable for workpiece placement) or a top opening door (LT) (to avoid the operator being away from high temperatures).
The furnace door features adjustable air inlets, and an exhaust outlet is located on the rear wall of the furnace.
Low noise operation with solid state relay
Supply range includes brackets, ceramic rods with internal support plates, precision weighing instruments, and software packages.
3 weighing systems with different scales and weighing ranges are available for selection
Record temperature curves and combustion loss on the computer via software.
Standard with B180 controller, 2-stage temperature control program
