1. Excavator (double-duty) operation: Before digging, secure the bucket mouth and the support legs to the ground to slightly lift the front wheels off the surface, maintaining the machine's level to enhance stability. Prior to excavation, flip the bucket so the mouth faces down, slightly lift the front wheels, press and lock the brake pedal, then extend the support legs to lift the rear wheels and maintain a level position.
2. If the boom suddenly brakes during descent, the inertia-induced impact force can damage the digging equipment and may compromise the machinery's stability, leading to a tipping accident. During operation, the handle should be manipulated smoothly without abrupt movements; do not apply brakes halfway during boom descent. Avoid using high-speed gears during excavation. The rotation should be smooth, without collision, and not used for ramming the sides of the trench. The shock absorber at the rear end of the boom should remain intact; if damaged, it must be repaired before use. When relocating, the digging equipment should be in an intermediate transport position, with the legs retracted and the lifting arm raised before proceeding.
