Screw Actuated Gate Valves: Utilizing spiral screw transmission, these valves can control the vertical movement (such as gates, weir gates, valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves, rotating weir gates) of the actuated equipment, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. Operation Procedure for Dual-Use Flashlight Switching Machine
1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment operation, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power source upon power outage, performing the power switch as required.
2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.
3. Check the power switch inside the control box, verify the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates in the direction indicated.
4. In cases of issues such as dual-purpose flashlight door card jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the opening and closing machine, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening and closing machine, it is imperative to stop and inspect immediately to eliminate any faults.
5. In the event of a brake slip when stopping at a certain height, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake.
6. During the operation of the dual-use flashlight opening and closing machine, add oil by tightening the oil level indicator and refueling once every 20 meters of lift height exceeded.
7. In the event of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.
8. Do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fixed screws when the gate is in the open position.
