Screw Actuated Gate Operator: Utilizes spiral screw transmission to control the vertical or rotational movement of gates, weirs, and valves, enabling the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high operating force and a full range of series. It is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, and various water supply and drainage projects, as well as in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves.
Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (hand-electric dual-use) control types are available. Utilizing a spiral screw drive, it can control the up and down movement (such as sluice gates, weir gates, gate valves) or rotational movement (such as butterfly valves, rotating weir gates) of the actuated equipment, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a complete series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weir gates, sludge valves, and other equipment.
Operation Procedure for Dual-Use Flashlight Switching Machine
1. Inspect the dual-use switchgear's power distribution equipment operation, close the main switch of the switchgear power supply, and immediately activate the backup power source upon network power outage, then perform the power switch as required.
2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.
3. Inside the switch box, check the power indicator and turn the power switch on and off in sequence. The gate opening and closing should align with the indicated direction.
4. In case of issues such as the door card failing to open or close, heavy operation, overload of the opening/closing machine, jamming, or unusual noises from the gate or opening/closing machine, it is imperative to stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
5. When stopping at a certain height and encountering brake slippage, immediate emergency measures should be taken to force the brake to engage.
6. During the operation of the two-in-one hand torch opening and closing machine, after each 20m increase in opening and closing height, tighten the oil level gauge on the lubrication sections such as bearing bushes and shaft liners, and add oil once.
7. In case of an unexpected halt, first disconnect the power source, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.
8. When the gate is in the open position, it is prohibited to adjust the braking equipment or loosen the fixing screws.
