FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Steel Structure Rainwater Gutter
Our factory has been manufacturing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skylight panels and corrosion boards since 2004. Our products are widely used in steel structure buildings. With the advantages of FRP panels in steel structures, to meet customer demands, we have now introduced FRP rainwater trough (commonly known as the water槽) manufacturing equipment.
Currently, the market predominantly uses metal sheet structures. Made from ordinary steel plates, they are expensive to produce, difficult to construct, and require painting for corrosion prevention and waterproofing to prevent leakage from rainwater. This leads to high maintenance costs for the owners in the later stage. There are a limited number of FRP gutter systems (commonly known as trays) available in the market, which are handmade, have uneven thickness, resulting in poor strength, rapid aging, and prone to leaks at the joints. As handmade production cannot meet large-scale demand, it causes delays in supply and production cycles. The main function of the gutter is to collect roof rainwater and smoothly discharge it into the drainage system through downspouts, especially for large-span buildings: due to the wide roof area and large water intake, the gutter must ensure sufficient water flow area. Therefore, the gutter needs to have sufficient strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing properties; for factories with fire prevention requirements, the gutter must also have flame-retardant properties.
Based on the above features: Our factory has introduced FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) gutter manufacturing equipment, commonly known as the gutter. This equipment is part of the gutter production line, featuring complete molds and continuous mechanized production. The dimensions are accurate, and the length can meet the customer's requirements.
