Product Details
Hydraulic three-roll symmetrical bending machine features a three-roll symmetrical structure. The upper roll moves vertically up and down through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder, exerting force on the piston. It is driven by the final gear of the main reducer, which in turn drives the lower rolls to rotate, providing the necessary torque for bending. Flat, plastic metal sheets pass between the three working rolls (two lower rolls and one upper roll), bending multiple times under the pressure of the upper roll and the rotational movement of the lower rolls, resulting in a permanent plastic deformation to form the required cylindrical, conical, or partial shapes. The drawback of the hydraulic three-roll symmetrical bending machine is that the sheet ends require pre-bending with other equipment. It is suitable for large bending machines with a thickness of over 50mm, featuring an additional row of fixed support rolls below the two lower rolls to reduce the span between them, thereby improving the precision of the rolled parts and the overall performance of the machine.
