Product Details
The machine features a four-roll structure, with the upper roll serving as the main drive. Both upper and lower rolls can be driven simultaneously, powered by hydraulic motors to provide torque for rolling sheets. The lower roll performs vertical lifting and lowering movements, achieved through hydraulic oil acting on the piston within the hydraulic cylinder, allowing for sheet clamping and hydraulic transmission. On either side of the lower roll, side rolls are positioned and move in an arc along the machine frame's guide rails, powered by hydraulic transmission. A notable feature of this machine is that pre-bending of sheet ends and rolling into a circle can be done on the same unit.
