Perforated Mesh
Definition:Punched mesh refers to creating holes of various shapes in different materials to meet various requirements.
Material:Raw materials commonly used for perforated mesh include: stainless steel plate, low-carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, PVC board, cold-rolled coil, hot-rolled plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, etc.
Category:Pattern perforated mesh, molded perforated mesh, heavy-duty perforated mesh, ultra-thin perforated mesh, micro-perforated mesh, wire-cut perforated mesh, laser perforated mesh, etc.
Hole Shape:Punched metal mesh comes in various specifications, including rectangular holes, square holes, diamond-shaped holes, round holes, elongated round holes, hexagonal holes, cross holes, triangular holes, elongated waist holes, plum blossom holes, fish scale holes, patterned holes, V-shaped mesh, chevron holes, pentagram-shaped holes, irregular holes, drummed holes, non-standard holes, and louvre holes, among others.
Product Features
Perforated metal is used as an environmental noise control barrier in traffic infrastructure such as highways, railways, and subways in urban areas, as well as for soundproofing and noise reduction in building walls, generator rooms, factory buildings, and other noise sources. It can also be used as sound-absorbing panels in buildings, ceiling and wall materials, decorative perforated plates for building stairs, balconies, and eco-friendly furniture, protective covers for machinery, ornate speaker grill covers, sieve screens for grain, feed, and mining, stainless steel fruit baskets, food covers, fruit plates for kitchenware, and display racks and decorative counters for shopping malls. It is also used for ventilation and air permeability nets in grain warehouses and drainage and filtration nets for football field lawns. Perforated metal is widely applied in the electronics industry, such as dust and soundproofing covers for speakers, as shown in the following image: Product Features: · Easy to process and shape · Can be painted or polished · Easy to install · Attractive appearance · Available in various thicknesses · Multiple hole sizes and patterns to choose from · Good sound absorption effect · Light weight · Long service life · Precise dimensions. Perforated metal is also extensively used in various industries, including chemical machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, food and beverage machinery, cigarette-making machinery, harvesting machines, dry cleaning machines, pressing tables, noise reduction equipment, refrigeration equipment (central air conditioning), speakers, craft production, papermaking, hydraulic fittings, and filtration equipment, among others.
Punched mesh punching method
1Continuous perforation in the same direction: By using a rectangular punch press mold with overlapping sections, it is possible to process long holes and edge cutting, etc.
2Continuous forming: A forming process larger than the mold size of perforated mesh, such as large-size louvers, rolling ribs, rolling steps, etc.
3Erode: A continuous forming process using small round molds with a smaller step distance to produce curved shapes.
4Multi-directional continuous blanking: A method of processing large holes by using small punching die molds.
5Single Formation: A processing method that shapes the product in one go by shallow deep drawing according to the mold shape.
6Single-punching: Performs a single piercing operation, including straight-line distribution, arc distribution, circular distribution, and grid hole punching.
7Array Forming: A method of processing multiple identical or different workpieces on a large plate.

Generally, we go through logistics companies. If the customer is in a hurry, we can negotiate; we can help you contact the courier, but there will be some adjustments to the shipping fees.
2. Due to varying distances and transportation development across different regions of the country, shipping costs are based on the quoted prices from courier and freight companies (freight transportation can be paid externally).
3. Our small items are all shipped via express delivery.
We guarantee reasonable shipping costs, with overages refunded and shortages supplemented; we will never profit from shipping fees.
Freight companies typically do not offer door-to-door delivery. We are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city, and the freight company will notify you to pick up the goods.
