Punched metal mesh
Definition:Perforated mesh refers to creating holes of various shapes in different materials to meet various requirements.
Material:Raw materials commonly used for perforated mesh include: stainless steel plate, carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, PVC board, cold rolled coil, hot rolled plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, etc.
Category:Patterned perforated mesh, shaped perforated mesh, heavy-duty perforated mesh, ultra-thin perforated mesh, micro-perforated mesh, wire-cut perforated mesh, laser perforated mesh, etc.
Hole Type:Hole-perforated mesh mainly includes specifications such as rectangular holes, square holes, diamond-shaped holes, round holes, elongated round holes, hexagonal holes, cross holes, triangular holes, elongated kidney-shaped holes, plum blossom-shaped holes, fish scale-shaped holes, patterned holes, double letter-shaped meshes, V-shaped holes, pentagram-shaped holes, irregular holes, domed holes, special-shaped holes, and louvre holes, etc.
Product Features
Punched metal mesh is used for environmental noise control barriers in transportation and municipal facilities such as expressways, railways, subways, etc., across urban areas; as sound-insulating and noise-reducing panels for building walls, generator rooms, factory buildings, and other noise sources; as acoustic materials for building ceilings and wallboards; as decorative perforated plates for building staircases, balconies, and eco-friendly furniture; as protective covers for machinery, ornate speaker grilles, sieves for grain, feed, and mining, stainless steel fruit baskets, food covers, fruit plates for kitchenware, and shelves and display stands for shopping malls, ventilation meshes for grain silos, and drainage and filtration meshes for soccer field lawns. Punched metal mesh is also widely used in the electronics industry, such as dust-proof and sound-insulating covers for speakers, as shown in the following figure: Product Features: · Easy to process and shape · Can be painted or polished · Easy to install · Attractive appearance · Various thicknesses of plates · Multiple choices of hole sizes and arrangements · Good acoustic performance · Light weight · Long service life · Precise dimensions. Punched metal mesh is also extensively used in various industries such as chemical machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, food and beverage machinery, cigarette machines, harvesters, dry cleaning machines, ironing tables, soundproofing equipment, refrigeration equipment (central air conditioning), speakers, craft production, papermaking, hydraulic fittings, filtration equipment, and more.
Punched mesh punching method
1Continuous piercing in the same direction: By using the rectangular piercing die with overlapping sections, it is possible to process elongated holes and cut edges, etc.
2Continuous forming: a molding process with a molding size larger than the perforated mesh mold, such as processing methods for large-size louvers, rolled ribs, and stepped rolls.
3Eroding: A continuous stamping process using small round dies with a smaller step distance to form curved shapes.
4Multi-directional continuous blanking: A method of processing large holes using small punch hole die molds.
5Single-step forming: A processing method that shapes the product in a single step by shallow deep drawing according to the mold shape.
6Single-stroke: Performs piercing in a single operation, including straight-line, arc, circular, and grid pattern piercing.
7Array Forming: A method of processing multiple identical or different workpieces on a large board.
