How to select steel balls?

(1) If you're looking for high hardness and wear resistance, go for the bearing steel ball with wear resistance, followed by the carbon steel ball with heat treatment.

(2) If you need a low-hardness, welding-friendly carbon steel ball, commonly known as an iron ball, it should be non-fired.

(3). For superior rust prevention, opt for stainless steel balls, available in grades 304, 316, and 316L, with increasing rust resistance.

(4). For rust-resistant and high-hardness requirements, opt for the 440 stainless steel ball.

(5). For high precision, choose a higher grade; the smaller the number, the higher the grade, and the better the precision.

3. Shipping Information:

(1). Sample shipping via SF Express: A limited number of samples are available free of charge, with shipping charges to be paid by the recipient.

(2) For shipments under 300 kg, we use Yousu Express, Best Express, Debang Logistics, Jiayi Logistics, Shangqiao Logistics, and others.

(3). Shipping over 300 kg via dedicated logistics; generally, pick up at city logistics; if pick-up is required at the county/district level, please specify; additional delivery fee will apply for delivery.

4. Regarding product pricing:

We are manufacturers, and we can assure you a reasonable, practical, and cost-effective price, but not the lowest. It's a fair trade; after all, you get what you pay for. We don't want to drive the price down too low just to secure the order, as that would be irresponsible to you; ultimately, you would suffer the loss.

5. Regarding shipment:

Our company is a general taxpayer, capable of issuing VAT invoices at 16%. We compile these on the 20th of every month and dispatch them around the 22nd.

6. Regarding Packaging:

We offer various packaging options including woven bags, cardboard boxes, pallets, steel drums, bottled, and ton bags, and can customize packaging to meet customer requirements.

7. Regarding shipping origin:

   Due to our factory being located in the countryside, logistics and express delivery are not convenient, so we have rented a large warehouse in the Liaocheng city's large logistics park for storing goods.

8. On Returns and Exchanges:

If it's our responsibility and the quality doesn't meet the standard, we'll cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If it's the buyer's responsibility, returns and exchanges are possible as long as it doesn't affect resale, with the buyer covering the shipping costs both ways.
