The Konele Horizontal Concrete Mixer utilizes European technology and is suitable for the production of commercial concrete, hydraulic concrete, prefabricated components, environmentally friendly materials, and wall panel materials. The mixing device features a 60° and 90° angle.
Horizontal Blender Features
Axle end seals feature a floating oil seal ring and a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure composed of specially designed sealing elements and mechanical seals, ensuring reliable sealing, high stability, and long service life. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, the four-point independent oil pumps supply oil, offering high working pressure and superior performance.
Top-mounted motor installation layout, featuring a belt self-tensioning device (patented technology), which improves transmission efficiency, prevents excessive belt wear and damage, and reduces maintenance and maintenance costs. The cylinder employs a large volume ratio design concept, effectively enhancing mixing efficiency, extending the service life of the shaft-end seal, and reducing the likelihood of material adhering to the shaft.
Large opening design of the discharging door prevents material jamming and leakage, with minimal wear and long-lasting sealing effect.
The mixing unit features a patented design with a 60° angle arrangement, the mixing arm is streamlined cast, ensuring even mixing with low resistance and a low probability of material adhering to the shaft. Equipped with a planetary reducer manufactured to military-grade standards, it offers smooth transmission and high load-bearing capacity.
Available options include Italian original gear reducers, German original full-automatic lubrication pumps, high-pressure cleaning equipment, and temperature and humidity testing systems.
