For bulk storage yards, when fixed windbreak nets cannot be constructed due to factors such as investment, effectiveness, and installation conditions, portable windbreak nets can be placed at the top (windward side) of the pile to provide wind protection and shelter.
Windbreak and dust suppression net is manufactured by utilizing aerodynamic principles based on wind tunnel test results from the actual site environment, into a certain geometric shape, aperture rate, and different aperture combinations. It allows the flowing air (strong wind) to pass through the wall, creating an upward and downward interference flow within the wall, thus achieving strong wind on the outside, weak wind on the inside, small wind on the outside, and no wind on the inside.
The wind effect is utilized to prevent dust from rising. This technology currently holds a leading position domestically. The windbreak dust suppression wall is composed of three parts: an independent foundation, steel structure support, and windbreak panel.
Galvanized anti-wind and dust suppression mesh is made of galvanized steel plates with thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 1.5mm. The plates are punched and shaped by CNC equipment, followed by a double-sided high-pressure electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance treatment.
