The construction of windproof and dust suppression net primarily consists of four parts:
(1) Underground Foundation: Pre-cast concrete blocks or cast-in-place underground foundation.
(2) Support Structure: Engineering planning is based on wind speed and wind force parameters. Steel support frames are used for support, primarily to provide sufficient strength for the "windbreak and dust suppression wall" to withstand strong wind damage, and secondarily to consider the overall aesthetics. The main frame of the support is made of steel pipes, with reinforced concrete pillars used as supports for the "windbreak and dust suppression wall."
(3) Wind Deflector Equipment: Service life of 15-20 years. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +80℃, connected with screws and clamping plates. The specific dimensions, bendability, and perforation rate of the wind deflector should be planned according to the actual conditions of the yard.
Many cities in our country have proposed strict requirements to address the issue of dust pollution caused by open coal piles.
Significantly reduces construction costs, enhancing the competitiveness of construction companies in the market.
