Flat Die Pellet Mill: Application and Principle
Primarily used for compressing and molding coarse fibers such as corn stalks, wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, weeds, and other crop straws, municipal solid waste, industrial waste, materials with low bonding rates and difficulty in shaping, granulation for rural farming households and farms, and also suitable for low-temperature granulation of biological bacteria fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc.
The granulation principle involves the motor, after being speed-reduced by a gear reducer, driving the main shaft of the machine. The main shaft is connected to the roller shaft. The mold remains stationary, while the roller and mold material frictionally rotate, forcing the material through the mold. A cutting blade then slices the extruded material, which falls into the centrifugal disk and is ejected into the machine's discharge bin, completing the granulation process.
