Advantages and Applications of Biomass Pellet Machines:
1. Biomass fuel is produced from solid waste materials such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, and bark. These materials are processed through crushing, compression, densification, and shaping into small, rod-like solid fuel pellets. The pellets are manufactured by extruding wood chips and straw materials under normal temperature conditions using pressure rollers and ring molds.
2. Process Flow: Raw material collection → raw material crushing → drying → mechanical granulation & molding → mechanical cooling → bagging for sale. Store raw materials in large quantities as per the harvest periods of crops, followed by crushing and molding. Note not to bag immediately upon molding; due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, wait 40 minutes after cooling before bagging and transportation.
3. The formed biomass pellet fuel has a high density, small volume, and excellent combustion resistance, making it easy to store and transport. The formed volume is 1/30 to 1/40 of the raw material volume, and the density is 10 to 15 times that of the raw material (density: 0.8-1.4). The calorific value ranges from 3400 to 6000 BTU, and it is a solid fuel with high volatility phenols.
