Wind and Dustproof Wall A for Building Materials Factory, Yu Shan Building Materials Factory Wind and Dustproof Wall A, Building Materials Factory Wind and Dustproof Wall Steel Structure
The planning and construction of color steel dust-proof net mainly consist of four parts:
(1) Color Steel Dustproof Mesh Underground Foundation: Made of precast concrete blocks or cast-in-place underground foundation.
Various outdoor storage sites for coal, ore, lime piles, and other loose materials often result in dust-filled skies during severe wind conditions of level 3 or above, causing pollution to the surrounding atmospheric environment.
(2) Color-coated Steel Dust-proof Mesh Support Structure: Engineering planning is based on wind speed and wind force parameters. Steel support frames are used for support, primarily to provide sufficient strength for the "windbreak and dust-suppressing wall," to withstand strong wind damage, and secondarily to consider overall aesthetics. The main frame of the support is made of steel pipes, and reinforced concrete pillars are used as supports for the "windbreak and dust-suppressing wall."
(3) Color Steel Dustproof Net Device: Service life of 15-20 years. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +80℃, secured with screws and clamping plates. The detailed dimensions, bending degree, and perforation rate of the windbreak dust suppression plate should be planned according to the actual conditions of the storage yard.
(4) Retaining Wall: To prevent overflow of coal slurry water after rain or snow, a retaining wall with a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters can be installed at the lower part of the windbreak wall.
Using colored steel sheets as the base material, with sheet thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 1.5mm, punched and formed by CNC equipment. No surface treatment required.
Not only does it look good and perform well, but it's a one-time investment with years of benefits.
In cases where the width is not suitable, our company can custom-make for you: single-body, double-body windbreak and dust suppression nets, easy to assemble. The windbreak wall is self-cleaning; how does it achieve this? The windbreak wall is treated with spray painting, effectively resisting ultraviolet rays and boasting a long service life.
Center inclusion scanning by electron microscopy reveals that there are inclusions at the center of the crack source, primarily of calcium aluminates type, which are formed during the steelmaking deoxidation process. The presence of non-metallic inclusions in the wire material disrupts the continuity of the structure and matrix, acting as microcracks. Once subjected to stress, when the cracks reach an unstable size, they instantly fracture, forming broken wires. The center of abnormal structure broken wires may have one or more white streaky structures with uneven thickness and intermittent distribution, along with short and fine cracks perpendicular to the stretching direction. Analysis indicates segregation of Mn, Cr, and other alloy elements. The presence of segregation causes the C curve to shift to the right at normal cooling rates, resulting in strip-like martensite abnormal structure at the center.
