
One, Description
BC911 is a 3.5A lithium-ion battery charger. It features a 500 KHz synchronous降压converter topology to minimize power consumption during charging. The low power consumption, along with the internal MOSFET, allows for a physically smaller charger that can be embedded in a wide range of handheld applications. The BC911 includes a complete charging termination circuit, automatic charging, and ±1% 4.2V floating voltage. Parameters such as battery charging current, charging timeout, and charging completion indication are set by external components. Additional features include short-circuit cell detection, temperature-qualified charging, and overvoltage protection. The BC911 is available in ESOP8 and DFN10 packages.
