General Description

TX1117 is a series of low dropout three-terminal voltage regulators, with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A load current. The TX1117 features an exceptionally low standby current of 2mA, compared to the competitor's 5mA.

In addition to the fixed versions with Vout at 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V, the TX1117 features a adjustable version capable of providing output voltages ranging from 1.25V to 12V, using just two external resistors.

TX1117 features a thermal shutdown function to ensure the stability of the chip and power system. It also employs fine-tuning technology to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracies can be customized as required, such as 1%.

TX1117 offers SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT89 packages.
