Made from HDPE material and produced via blow molding, this product is versatile and suitable for packaging in industries such as chemicals and food. Complies with UN standard classification II packaging requirements for hazardous goods.Filling1. Open the lid, insert a tube with an outer diameter smaller than the sealing diameter for filling.2. The filling liquid temperature should not exceed 50°C. After the internal liquid cools to room temperature, tighten the outer cap, and then place the inner cap if applicable.3. To ensure the tight seal of the drum mouth, it is recommended to use a torque wrench to tighten the drum cap; the required torque varies depending on the type of seal material. Please consult our customer service department for the specific torque value.II. Storage and Handling1. After packaging, the drums are stacked on double-sided flat pallets, with three layers on each pallet. The drums at the top and bottom layers must align to ensure some components fit properly; the number of drums per layer varies depending on the size of the pallet.2. Buckets placed on pallets are to be wrapped and secured with stretch film; the stacked layers on the pallet should not exceed 2. When stacking pallets with buckets, align the upper and lower levels to distribute the weight of the upper layer evenly onto the lower layer. The ground at the stacking area should be level and horizontally positioned.3. Barrels should be stored under cover to prevent direct sunlight, with storage temperatures between -18℃ and 40℃.Section 3: Loading and TransportationWhen packing hazardous goods for long-distance transportation:1) Pallets should be used for stacking, with the dimensions of the pallets not exceeding 1.3 meters. The edges of the drums should not overhang the edges of the pallets.2) The containers should be loaded into a container or vehicle, ensuring that the layers are aligned vertically to prevent uneven stacking and instability. The container or vehicle must have rigid walls and railings at least as tall as the containers to prevent them from toppling over.2. Confirmation of Chemical Compatibility: Ensure the liquid being filled is chemically compatible with the container and sealing material. If in doubt, conduct tests; we welcome inquiries. We are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by self-filling liquids without our confirmation.Four: Usage InstructionsEnsure that splashing of the contents during filling is prevented to avoid injury to the operator.2. Before screwing the lid on, check if the seal is properly installed and not loose; when screwing, align the threads to prevent leakage at the drum opening due to misaligned or slipping threads.3. Avoid collision with hard and sharp objects during transportation and prevent falls or drops.
