Operating Principle
Operation principle is as follows:
1) Sleep Mode with Pressure Maintenance: In continuous operation, when no one is using water (at a low flow rate) during the night, the pipeline loss is reduced, and the equipment automatically lowers the outlet pressure for energy-saving sleep mode operation; in intermittent operation, when no one is using water (at a low flow rate) during the night, the system refills the pressure tank with stored energy and shuts down, maintaining the night管网 pressure with the pressure tank.
2) Sleep-to-Wake Function: In continuous operation mode, the system wakes from sleep when the water usage increases and the operating frequency exceeds the set upper limit, restoring the target pressure set by the system. In indirect operation mode, when water usage increases and the outlet pressure drops, the equipment automatically starts one pump when the pressure falls below the startup pressure, and uses variable frequency speed control to maintain constant pipeline pressure.
3) Smart Boost Pump: When the water demand continues to increase, and the variable frequency pump has reached the upper limit of the set frequency yet the outlet pressure remains below the lower limit, the system automatically adds an additional pump in parallel operation to maintain a constant pressure supply for the pipeline network. Adhering to the "first to stop, first to add" principle, it ensures balanced operating time for each pump.
4) Smart Pump Reduction: As water usage decreases, the frequency of the parallel operating pumps begins to drop. When the frequency falls below the set lower limit, the system automatically reduces one pump, adhering to the "first started, first reduced" principle to ensure balanced operation time for each pump.
