Product Overview
The DFSS series double-suction pump is a horizontal single-stage double-suction pump, featuring a horizontal split structure. The pump utilizes a linear design with reinforced ribs for a more rational deep structure, attractive appearance, and stable installation. The shorter bearing spacing enhances shaft rigidity, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise. The fully sealed pump shaft design prevents the shaft from contacting the transported medium, thereby ensuring corrosion resistance, easy disassembly, and a long service life.
The DFSS series features excellent performance, energy efficiency, easy maintenance, and a long service life, and has been well-received by customers since its launch in the market.
The product design complies with GB/T5657 standard.
Some bearing housings feature a split design, allowing the top cover and housing cover to be opened easily, making the entire rotor removable with simple adjustments and convenient maintenance.
There are two shaft sealing structures: mechanical sealing and stuffing box sealing. Special sealing methods can also be adopted according to customer requirements, such as sand-proof special sealing and layered shear stuffing box sealing.
The body and pump housing are both made using resin sand molding, ensuring precise casting dimensions and smooth surface finish, thereby enhancing hydraulic efficiency.
Pumps are selected with superior hydraulic models and optimized using CFD design, enhancing the pump's hydraulic efficiency and improving its cavitation performance.
Finite element analysis is used for strength calculations, making the pump more reliable and durable, thereby extending its service life.
Bearings feature a water-cooling structure and can be used under high-temperature conditions.
The shaft sleeve is treated with a special process, providing anti-rust protection and significantly extending the service life of the mechanical seal: It is recommended to use stainless steel shaft sleeves for pumps in the air conditioning and heating fields.
