Product Overview

The DFDS horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is a new product developed by our company to meet market demands, serving as a replacement for the D-type pump. This series boasts high efficiency, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, minimal wearing parts, and easy installation and maintenance.

The DFDS horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump also boasts a reasonable structure, low noise, excellent performance, and reliable operation.

This product complies with the GB/T5657 standard for "Technical Conditions for High-Head Pumps (Type I)" and the GB/T3216 standard for "Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Tests for Rotodynamic Pumps, Levels 1, 2, and 3."

Product Features

A reliable and secure structure, with a sealing ring and balancing holes attached to the rear cover plate of the impeller to balance the axial force, achieves the basic balance of axial force inside the pump without the need for a balancing disc structure; the residual axial force is borne by a pair of angular contact ball bearings.

New Technology: The new throttle pressure-reducing device reduces leakage, improves efficiency, and provides auxiliary support, ensuring the system operates safely and smoothly.

Sealed reliably with a mechanical seal design; the balanced structure reduces the seal chamber pressure, extending the service life of the mechanical seal; the deep impeller has no axial movement, solving the issue of poor reliability in multi-stage pump mechanical seals.

Anti-Cavitation: High-performance impeller with excellent aeration resistance, reliable material, capable of meeting various high-demand application scenarios.

Low maintenance rate; eliminated the fragile balance disc structure; improved reliability; fewer maintenance times; lower maintenance costs: High efficiency; impeller and guide vanes have good neutral alignment; no efficiency drop occurs with the wear of the balance disc or forward movement of the rotor.

Product Application

Purified water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to purified water, free of solid particles and at a temperature below 80°C.
