Caution for Air Compressors:

6. During the operation of the air compressor, always monitor the instrument readings (especially the pressure gauge), listen to the sounds from all parts. Every 2 to 4 hours, open the intermediate cooler and condensate oil/water drain valve of the gas storage tank 1 to 2 times. Keep the machine clean. Do not use cold water to rinse the compressor after prolonged operation.
7. When the air compressor shuts down, gradually open the exhaust valve of the air storage tank to slowly depressurize, and correspondingly reduce the diesel engine speed to allow the compressor to run at no load and low speed for 5 to 10 seconds. After the air compressor stops, the diesel engine should continue to run at low speed for another 5 seconds before shutting down. In winter, when the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, the cooling water without antifreeze should be fully drained after shutdown.
8. When cleaning the heat sink, do not use burning methods to remove pipe oil污. Maintenance tasks such as cleaning and tightening must be performed after shutdown. It is strictly prohibited to direct the air outlet towards people or other equipment when blowing parts with compressed air to prevent injury and damage.
9. Conduct a manual exhaust test on the safety valve of the gas storage tank on a weekly basis to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the safety valve.
10. Ensure the machine is kept clean. After prolonged operation, do not use cold water to rinse the air compressor.
