TBHC251S Centrifugal Fan - Airflow: 0.28 cfm, Pressure: 40, Power: 0.55 kW, Speed: 450 RPM, Diameter: 20", Oil Consumption: 1.5 L
Two blades collide during operation; when this occurs, the gears with two teeth need to be replaced or realigned. The gears on the rotating fan motor's shaft are mostly made into gear rings and hub assembly components. The gap between the two blades can be adjusted by removing the pin, rotating the screw, and turning the gear ring to achieve the adjustment of the blade gap. After adjusting the gap, tighten the screw, re-drill and re-tap the pin hole, and fit a new pin. Both gears and shafts use high-precision transition fit, and the key used to fix the gears has a tolerance fit. If the key in the party B's gear becomes loose, it allows the gear to be securely fastened to the shaft, preventing the gear from loosening and causing the two blade wheels to collide. During painting, ensure the worn areas are completely covered and there are no gaps. When machining on a grinding machine, be careful not to damage the blade wheel, as it is ground together with the shaft. It features a reasonable structure, small size, light weight, high flow rate, and low noise.
