FBCZ Series Coal Mine Explosion-Proof Axial Flow Fans for Extraction
This series of axial flow fans for coal mines is designed based on the ventilation network parameters of small and medium-sized coal mines. It boasts high efficiency, energy-saving, and low noise, and is specifically designed for small and medium-sized coal mines as main fans. The materials used in this fan have passed the friction spark test at the Chongqing Branch of the China Coal Research Academy and meet the explosion-proof requirements. The overall explosion-proof performance of the unit has also passed the explosion-proof inspection by the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Appliance Product Quality Inspection Center. Key features:
1. A direct motor and impeller-connected fan with a simple structure, which alters the current complex design of mine exhaust axial ventilation systems and the full use of belt or long shaft drives, benefiting operation and maintenance.
2. The fan is equipped with a fully enclosed, pressure-resistant heat dissipation cover and a pressure balance pipe outside the motor, ensuring the motor operates in an environment free of gas, complying with the explosion-proof regulations for coal mines.
3. This series of fans features a single-stage impeller structure, with a rear guide vane set between the fan and the diffuser to enhance static pressure efficiency.
4. The fan can be reversed for reverse airflow, with a reverse airflow capacity of 65% to 85% of the normal airflow. There is no need for a separate reverse airflow channel, offering the advantages of cost savings in infrastructure investment and fast reverse airflow speed.
5. The blade installation angle of the impeller is adjustable, allowing for the adjustment of blade angles according to production requirements. This fan features a special design with a performance curve free of humps, ensuring stable operation under any network resistance.
