Split Type Heater

Overview:

This type of heater features a circular split structure, capable of locally heating large pipe components, such as the thermal bending of steel arch main chords in new bridge construction. The heated pipe diameter is below 2000mm, with the workpiece temperature reaching approximately 800°C.

In warmer climates, the backup thermal insulation material, alumina silicate (needled mat), is a type of insulation with good softness and high strength.
