YDH₂ Type Infrared Pouring Welding Flux Drying Oven
Overview:
The flux and electrodes used in the submerged arc welding process, like the materials, absorb moisture during manufacturing, transportation, and storage. Therefore, they must be dried before welding. Otherwise, the decomposition of moisture during welding can lead to hydrogen and residual moisture in the weld metal, causing cold cracks in the weld.
The YDH₂ type far infrared pour-in flux drying oven utilizes a pour-in feeding method. Simply open the top door of the drier, and the flux to be dried can be poured in, offering convenience and practicality. The far infrared stainless steel electric heating elements are evenly distributed inside the drying chamber, ensuring uniform heating of the flux. It is equipped with an automatic temperature control device for high precision temperature control. The moisture content of the dried flux is less than 0.1%, with a high operating temperature of 500°C.
