A thermocouple welder is a device used to weld the thermoelectric dual-gold wire of a sensor element. Thermocouples are one of the widely used temperature sensing elements in temperature measurement today. Generally composed of two wires of different materials, one being copper and the other copper-nickel (also known as Constantan), thermocouple wires produced in bulk are forked and require welding before use. Therefore, welding is an important process in the thermocouple production process.
