The Mist Eliminator is a gas-liquid separator that removes entrained mist and moisture substances as gas passes through the mist eliminator's mesh pad. The HG/T21618-1998 standard is a new standard developed based on the original Ministry of Chemical Industry standards HG5-1404-81, HG5-1405-81, and HG5-1406-81, combining the practical usage experience of the mist eliminator and technological revisions from the imported equipment.

The Mesh Demister is composed of two parts: the gas-liquid filter pad (consisting of several mesh blocks), and the supporting components. The mesh blocks are made up of several layers of corrugated gas-liquid filter mesh, grating, and spacer rods, etc. The gas-liquid filter pad used in the production of the mesh demister is woven and supplied by Anping Jiaxin Filter Netting Co., Ltd. according to the demister standards. The supporting components can also be manufactured and provided by Anping Jiaxin Filter Netting Co., Ltd., but it should be specified at the time of ordering.

Selection of Top-mounted and Bottom-mounted Bubble Removal Screens: Use top-mounted bubble removal screens when the inlet is positioned above the screen, or when there is no inlet but a flange is present on the equipment. Choose bottom-mounted bubble removal screens when the inlet is located below the screen.
