Usage:

Mesh demister (mist eliminator) is used to separate liquid droplets carried by gas in the tower, improving mass transfer efficiency and reducing valuable material loss while enhancing the operation of the compressor after the tower. Typically, a mesh demister is installed at the top of the tower. It can effectively remove mist droplets of 3--5 micrometers. If a demister is installed between the trays, it not only improves the mass transfer efficiency of the trays but also reduces the spacing between the plates. Therefore, the mesh demister is mainly used for gas-liquid separation. It can also be used as an air filter for gas separation. Moreover, the mesh can serve as a buffer for various instruments in the instrumentation industry, preventing electronic interference such as radio waves. It is now used in industrial production in the fields of chemicals, petroleum, sulfuric acid, light industry, metallurgy, machinery, and environmental protection.
