BW-250The type mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump, featuring two bore sizes and four-speed variable options. The large cylinder sleeve is designed for matching 1000mm diameter drilling rigs, while the small cylinder sleeve is for 1500mm diameter drilling rigs. Mainly used for mud circulation with core drill rigs, it can also be applied for other grouting needs, mine effluent treatment, and long-distance water supply, among other uses.

1. Features four flow rates to meet the needs of both large and small diameter drilling rigs, with a wide range of flow adjustment and reasonable parameter selection. Compatible with XY-4 Core Drilling Rig and XY-5 Drill Rig. Suitable for different diameters, depths, and geological core drilling requirements.

2. Self-sealing S-shaped polyurethane rubber pistons with a bowl-shaped base and nylon backing significantly enhance service life.
The handle features five dustproof sealing rings to prevent sludge from the hydraulic end from entering the power end and the power end lubricant filter.

After multiple production tests, proven to be reliable and with good performance, extending the service life of the gears.
4. Ball valves are used for inlet and outlet. Noise-reducing rubber pads are installed on the valve cover to minimize impact noise.
