When the operating temperature reaches above 70℃, the lubricating grease must be doubled for every 15℃ increase. 2. When the bearing is contaminated, such as with dust, moisture, acidic or alkaline environments, the lubricating grease must also be doubled. 3. When the bearing load is heavy, such as with vibration or pressure, the lubricating grease must be doubled as well. If the operating conditions include all of the above, then the fresh grease must be replenished in an even greater amount to ensure lubrication quality. The bearing should maintain an appropriate space to allow excess grease to be expelled during startup and operation. Moreover, grease has a shelf life; regularly replenishing fresh grease to expel contaminated grease can extend the bearing's quality and lifespan.
