Extraction tank structure and technology, a combination of steel and plastic, involves welding steel mesh onto the surface of the steel body. Made from polyethylene, it utilizes rotational molding techniques for a single-piece, whole-body molding on the steel surface. It is an exceptionally corrosion-resistant product. It is highly customizable according to customer specifications and comes in various shapes, including square and round. It boasts excellent strength and corrosion resistance, with a key feature of being leak-proof. Due to its steel-encased plastic structure, the exterior is typically protected with paint. For companies with high exterior corrosion resistance requirements, options like three-layer four-coat corrosion protection or epoxy resin paint can be applied, although these are costlier. Steel-lined plastic storage tanks are generally divided into vertical and horizontal types. The tank top is usually cone-shaped or end-shaped. The tank bottom is assembled from steel plates, with the central plate being the middle amplitude plate and the surrounding plates being the edge plates. The edge plates can be either strip-shaped or arch-shaped. The foundation construction of steel-lined plastic storage tanks must comply with the standards for steel storage tanks.
