Chemical Storage Tank
Chemical raw liquid storage tanks have excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for non-oxidizing acids.(Hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid), dilute nitric acid, alkaline and salt solutions exhibit good corrosion resistance, but are not resistant to corrosion from concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, and other strong oxidizing agents. Polyethylene is abbreviated as PE in foreign language. Its brand names abroad include Marlex, Hi-Fax, Polythene, and Alathon. The high application temperature for low-density polyethylene is 60°C, and for high-density polyethylene, it's 70°C. The low application temperature is -70°C.
Chemical raw liquid storage tanks, they possess excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for non-oxidizing acids.(like hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid), dilute nitric acid, alkaline and salt solutions exhibit good corrosion resistance, but are susceptible to corrosion by concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, and other strong oxidizers. Generally, they have good corrosion resistance to organic solvents at room temperature, with higher density products being even better. However, some solvents can cause swelling, and under the presence of external or internal stress, some volatile liquids or vapors can lead to stress corrosion cracking. No stabilizers or reinforcing agents are required in the product, but when exposed to outdoor atmosphere, adding carbon black (2%) can enhance resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
