Grouting Material Product Introduction
Grouting material is made by using sand and stone as aggregates, cement as a binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation agents. It is ready for use after adding a certain amount of water at the construction site and thorough mixing.
The grouting material boasts excellent self-leveling properties, rapid hardening, early strength, zero shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-aging, has good self-sealing characteristics, and is anti-corrosive. It offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened construction time, and ease of use.
Fundamentally altering the base support's load-bearing situation, enabling it to uniformly bear the entire load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (including heavy-duty, high-precision grinding machines). It is the ideal grouting material for the era of padless installation.
Grouting material models are divided into the H-40, H-60, and CGM grouting material series based on fluidity and early strength; passenger dedicated line bearing grouting material; special grouting material series (frost-resistant, early strength, high-temperature-resistant, etc.).
