Concrete fiber is a high-performance fiber for concrete/mortar that effectively controls plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes in concrete/mortar, preventing and inhibiting the formation and development of original cracks in concrete, significantly enhancing the anti-cracking and impermeability properties, as well as the impact and abrasion resistance of concrete, thereby increasing its toughness and extending the service life of concrete.
Concrete fibers are produced by adding modified masterbatch to polypropylene chips, followed by blending, spinning, and stretching. The concrete fibers undergo special antistatic and UV-resistant treatments, ensuring even dispersion in concrete and long-lasting effectiveness; the "Y" cross-section increases the surface area of the fiber; "XinSiWei" brand fibers are chemically and physically modified, with a rough and porous surface, significantly enhancing the bonding force between the fibers and cement aggregates. These fibers improve the performance of concrete by reducing the occurrence and number of primary cracks, and they do not conflict or undergo chemical reactions with concrete aggregates, additives, admixtures, or cement, thus showing good compatibility with concrete materials.
