Application Fields:
304 stainless steel balls are a widely used type of steel ball in the market, suitable for applications in chemicals, aviation, aerospace, plastic hardware: perfume bottles, atomizers, valves, motors, switches, irons, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, auto parts, bearings, instruments, baby bottles.
Features:
Typical representative of Austenitic steel, generally non-magnetic, but becomes magnetic after passing through a ball mill, can be demagnetized, HRC ≤ 26. Features good corrosion and rust resistance.
Comparison:
304HC stainless steel balls are softer and more easily machinable than 304 stainless steel balls, while 304L stainless steel balls offer superior rust and corrosion resistance compared to both, are easy to weld, and have excellent polishing properties, making them more suitable for industries with higher surface quality requirements.
