YXB35-125-750 is an open-web floor deck, also known as V125 type due to its "V-shaped design." Developed by the Japanese Ministry of Construction, it was introduced to China in 1997 and is now the standard wall corrugated steel plate for the domestic metallurgy department. On this basis, domestic manufacturers have further optimized the deck to create the YXB35-125-875 open-web floor deck (expanded width 1200).
Technical Specifications
The YXB35-125-750 open-web floor deck has a rib height of 35mm, consisting of six waves, each with a wave spacing of 125mm. The effective width is 750mm, the unfolded width is 1000mm, and the utilization rate is 75%. The product complies with the standard GB/T12755-2008 for building use corrugated steel plates.

The YXB35-125-750 open-web deck can be used as both roof deck and wall panel, as well as a formwork for floor slab. When used as roof and wall panels, it offers aesthetic appeal, ease of construction, and more. As a formwork, it's suitable for buildings with thin floor slabs and narrow beam spacing, featuring easy and quick installation, and good seismic performance.
3. Pattern Introduction
In early 2018, Jiangsu Gangzhongjie Building Materials Co., Ltd. introduced the YXB35-125-750 open-web floor deck production line. After continuous improvements, it now offers processing thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 2.5mm.
