We offer a variety of soundproofing and sound-absorbing materials, along with acoustic solutions, including design, production, and construction.
Damping Soundproofing Panel - Application Scope
Primarily used in the construction industry, bars, KTVs, slow dance clubs, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, opera houses, home theaters, multi-functional halls, offices, factories, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls, among other places requiring noise reduction.
【Damping Noise Insulation Board】Ceiling Installation Method:
1. Firstly, install spring vibration dampers (isolators) on the ceiling, approximately 2 per square meter. One end of the isolator connects to the ceiling, while the other end is attached to the light steel frame (as the ceiling needs to bear heavy objects, wrap soundproofing felt around the points where the frame touches the surrounding walls on the inside to avoid rigid connections).
2. Fill the space between the ribs with eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton.
3. Seal the sound-insulating felt, followed by a layer of damping soundproof board (first bond the felt and board with adhesive, with the felt extending beyond the board on all sides for overlap. Use self-tapping screws to secure the felt-damping board assembly to the stud frame.)
4. Seal the gaps between soundproof panels and between soundproof panels and floor slabs with a specialized construction sealant.

Wall Mounting Instructions:
1. Clean the existing wall and install wood studs, with spacing of approximately 600mm between the studs (the inside of the studs are wrapped with soundproofing felt to prevent rigid connections).
2. Fill the rib gaps with eco-friendly sound-absorbing fiber.
3. Apply soundproofing felt, then seal with a damping fireproof soundproof board (first bond the felt and board with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the board for overlap). Secure the composite of felt and damping board to the frame with self-tapping screws.

【Damping Soundproofing Panel】Advantages:
1. Fire-resistant, made from magnesium oxide board, GB8624-1997 Class A fire rating
2. High sound insulation, with an average sound insulation of 37dB, classified as first-grade soundproofing material.
3. Environmentally friendly, fully meets E1 environmental standard, free of asbestos, smokeless and non-toxic when exposed to fire, creating a green and healthy living space.
4. Weather and durability: The product is waterproof, heat-resistant, and UV-resistant, ensuring no performance or quality degradation due to changes in rain or temperature. Additionally, it is mold-proof, bacteria-proof, insect-proof, and termite-proof.
