Damping soundproof board - Application Range

Primarily used in construction industries, bars, KTVs, lounges, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, opera houses, home theaters, multipurpose halls, offices, factories, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls where noise reduction is required.

Damping and sound-insulating panel ceiling installation method:

1. First, install spring vibration dampers (dampers) on the ceiling, approximately 2 per square meter. One end of the damper connects to the ceiling, and the other end to the light steel frame (since the ceiling needs to bear heavy objects, wrap the area where the frame contacts the surrounding walls with soundproofing felt to avoid rigid connections).

2. Fill the space between the ribs with eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton.

3. Seal the soundproofing felt, then cover it with a damping soundproofing panel (first bond the felt and panel with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the panel slightly for overlap. Use self-tapping screws to attach the felt and damping panel composite to the stud.)

4. Seal the gaps between soundproof panels and between soundproof panels and floor slabs with a specialized construction sealant.

Wall Mounting Instructions:

1. Original wall surface cleaned and wooden studs installed, with spacing of about 600mm between studs (insulation felt wrapped around the inside of the studs to prevent rigid connections).

2. The rib cavity is filled with environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton.

3. Apply soundproofing mat, then seal with a damping fireproof sound insulation board (first glue the soundproof mat to the board, allowing the mat to overhang the edges for overlap). Secure the composite of the soundproof mat and damping board to the studs using self-tapping screws.
