HPVV Wiring Cable HJVV Local Communication Cable
Product Features:
Model Specifications: Nominal Pair Count of Cable Communication Cable × 2 × Nominal Wire Diameter. For example, HYA 600×2×0.40. Our company mainly produces HYA communication cables in the 0.40mm and 0.50mm series with 3200 pairs and below, and can also manufacture other series cables according to customer requirements.
Standard: YD/T 322-1996 Copper-core Polyolefin Insulated Aluminum-Plastic Sheathed Indoor Communication Cable
Application Range: Designed for transmitting audio signals, analog signals up to 150 KHz, and digital signals up to 2048 Kbit/s. Under certain conditions, it can also be used for digital signals above 2048 Kbit/s. This cable is primarily used in local telecommunication lines in urban areas, typically for indoor use and pipeline laying.
Cable Usage Precautions:
The environmental temperature during cable laying and installation must not be below -5℃.
2. The bending radius of the cable during laying should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
3. Cable drums are only allowed to roll in a single direction over short distances; they must not be placed flat.
4. When cables enter pipes, attention should be given to minimize friction between the cable and the pipe wall. When entering manholes, the bending radius should not be less than the radius of the cable drum, and friction with the manhole edge should be avoided.
5. The cable should be filled with a certain pressure of dry gas during operation (pre-filled with 30-50 kPa of dry air prior to shipment).
6. The cable operates in an ambient temperature range of -30℃ to +60℃.
