Vibration motors are equipped with adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft, utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to produce excitation force. Vibration motors have a wide frequency range, and only proper matching of excitation force and power can reduce mechanical noise. There are six types of classifications for vibration motors: by starting and operation methods, and by operating speed.
