Single-layer steel structural projects should adopt a segmented installation method when formulating the installation technical plan. The installation of single-layer steel structures is recommended to use an integrated installation method. The installation of multi-layer steel structures generally employs an integrated installation method.
Single-layer steel structure installation
Steel column installation
Steel columns should be hoisted using single-point straight lifting ties, aligning the base bolts upon reaching the designated position and slowly lowering. After positioning, tighten the nuts to temporarily secure the column, adjusting its plane position and verticality; upon correction, retighten the nuts, weld the column base plate using shims, and then secure the base with grout.
Steel crane beam installation
The crane beam is secured with two-point binding. During lifting, the aerial position of the components is controlled by a slider for easy alignment and collision avoidance. Once temporarily secured, the crane beam's verticality, elevation, and position along the longitudinal and transverse axes should be corrected.
Roofing System Installation
The truss installation should be conducted after the pillars have been calibrated and secured; the roof system can be hoisted after the expansion assembly, with the expansion assembly units forming a spatial structure of certain rigidity. The installation of rafters and other components should be carried out after the truss has been adjusted and positioned.
