Manufacturing Principles for Hardware Stamping Parts
Precision Principle: The number of processes for deep-drawing parts is related to material properties, deep-drawing height, number of deep-drawing steps, and deep-drawing diameter, as well as material thickness.
(2) Precision Principle: The number of processes for bending parts primarily depends on the complexity of their structural shape, which is determined by the number and direction of the bending angles.
(3) Aesthetically Pleasing Principle: When the quality and standard precision of the cross-sectional area of the stamping workpiece are high, consider adding an additional trimming process after the blanking operation or directly selecting a fine blanking process.
(4) **Principle: When blanking simple-shaped workpieces, a single-stroke mold is sufficient. However, for blanking workpieces with complex shapes, due to limitations in mold structure or strength, the workpiece should be divided into several parts for blanking, and multi-step metal stamping processes are required.
(5) Premium Principle: To ensure the quality of fine precision stamping parts, the number of processes may be required. This includes additional process holes for bending parts, increasing deformation reduction holes in the forming process to transfer the deformation area, etc., to guarantee a high level of finesse and craftsmanship in the premium products.
